It’s too bad there is no official YouTube channel for the Roku box. My understanding is that every now and then someone makes one but YouTube shuts them down. I am not sure why this is, but there is a way around it.<\/p>\n
Post a link to the YouTube video you want to watch on your Facebook account. You’ll need to do that on your computer. If you don’t want the link to be visible to your friends you can set the privacy option to \u201conly me.\u201d<\/p>\n
Go to the Facebook channel on Roku and login into your account. Click on your YouTube video link and it will play back full screen on your TV.<\/p>\n
Obviously, this multiple step workaround doesn’t allow you to search for videos using Roku, but at least it’s better than nothing<\/p>\n
